费托合成装置在运行过程中主要中间产物分布与设计值偏差较大，如轻质油、轻质石脑油、稳定重质油流量大等，易造成轻质油泵、轻质油分离系统、低温油洗装置超负荷运行，汽提塔热负荷不足，长周期高负荷安全运行困难。为解决上述问题，在实际生产过程中有针对性地采取相关改造措施，获得显著效果。

The distribution of major intermediates such as light oil,light naphtha,stable heavy oil flow and so on in the operation process of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis facility deviates greatly from the design value.The deviations can cause problems that light oil pump,light oil separation system and low temperature oil washing unit run over-load,the heat load of the stripping tower is insufficient,and the facility is difficult to remain long-cycle high-load safe operation.In the actual production process,relevant renovation measures are taken in a targeted manner to solve the problem and obtain significant results.
