摘要
以钛酸四正丁酯(TBT)为钛源,氧化锌为掺杂物,价格便宜、可生物降解、易于合成的低共熔溶剂(氯化胆碱-尿素)为溶剂,在常温常压下合成了ZnO掺杂TiO2微球,并在450℃下得到掺杂氧化锌的锐钛矿晶型二氧化钛。通过XRD、EDS、BET、DRS、SEM等方法对制备的样品进行表征,并研究了制备样品对活性艳蓝KN-R染料的光催化降解性能。结果表明,该方法制备的ZnO掺杂TiO2微球的平均尺寸为40 μm,比表面积为68.95 m2/g,最可几孔径为7.62 nm,对活性艳蓝具有明显的光催化降解能力。
Abstract
ZnO doped TiO2 microspheres are prepared by using tetra-n-butyl titanate (TBT) as titanium source,ZnO as doping compound and choline chloride-urea which is a cheap,biodegradable and easily-synthesized low eutectic solvent,as solvent under room temperature and atmospheric pressure.ZnO doped TiO2 microspheres are then calcined under the 450℃ to form ZnO doped TiO2 hollow microspheres.The samples are characterized by XRD,EDS,BET,DRS and SEM.Their performances are measured through photocatalysis degradation of RBB KN-R.Results show that the prepared ZnO doped TiO2 hollow microspheres have an average diameter of 40 μm,a specific surface area of 68.95 m2·g-1 and the most probable pore diameter at 7.62 nm,and shows obvious photocatalytic degradation ability to RBB KN-R.
