摘要

针对燃料电池供氢系统管路集成和轻量化开展研究,提出了一种集成式组合阀,建立了该阀AMESim模型,仿真研究了阀设计参数与输出量之间的变化规律;以阀体轻量化为目标对阀体结构拓扑优化。结果表明,与原供氢系统相比,集成式组合阀系统体积减少了43%,具有0.3 s的快速响应能力和2×10-4 g/s的流量控制精度,拓扑优化后的组合阀质量减少了46.7%。

Abstract

This paper studies the integration and weight reduction of hydrogen supply system in fuel cell,proposes an integrated combination valve,establishes the AMESim model for this valve and simulates the variation between design parameters of this valve and the output amount.The valve body structure is optimized in topology to reduce the weight of the valve.The results show that the integrated combination valve system has a 43% reduction in volume compared with previous hydrogen supply system and owns a fast response capacity of 0.3 s and a flow control accuracy of 2×10-4 g·s-1.Total weight of the combined valve after topology optimization drops 46.7%.
