介绍了三聚甲醛生产工艺，考察了三聚甲醛纯度影响因素，通过采用三聚甲醛加碱水洗新方法及三聚甲醛重组分脱除新技术，有效降低了三聚甲醛中轻、重组分的含量，三聚甲醛质量分数提高了0.6%，极大地满足了聚合反应的需要。

The production process of s-trioxane is introduced and the influencing factors on the purity of s-trioxane are investigated.Contents of light and heavy components in s-trioxane are reduced effectively through adopting new washing method with alkaline water and using new technology for removing heavy components from s-trioxane.The purity of s-trioxane rises by 0.6%,which meets greatly the needs of polymerization.
