摘要

通过KBH4还原的方法制备了负载型镍铁催化剂,并将其应用于苯酚加氢。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、透射电镜等方法对催化剂进行表征。考察了不同镍铁原子摩尔比催化剂时,反应温度、反应压力对于苯酚加氢反应的影响,并对催化剂的稳定性进行评价。结果显示,当Ni、Fe摩尔比为2∶1,催化剂性能达到最佳;在反应温度为120℃、压力为3.5 MPa时,催化剂展现出良好苯酚的催化加氢性能,其苯酚的转化率达99.9%,环己醇选择性为99.9%。该催化剂循环使用5次未发现明显失活。

Abstract

A supported Fe-Ni bimetallic catalyst is prepared through KBH4 reduction method and is applied to hydrogenation of phenol.The as-synthesized catalysts are characterized by means of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The effects of reaction temperature and pressure on the hydrogenation performance of phenol are investigated over the as-prepared catalyst with different atomic ration of Fe/Ni and the stability of the catalyst is evaluated too.It is shown that when the atomic ratio of Ni precursor and Fe precursor reaches 2:1,the as-synthesized catalyst shows the best catalyst performance.Both the conversion of phenol and the selectivity of cyclohexanol can reach 99.9% at 120℃,3.5 MPa.The catalyst remains basically initial activity after being used 5 times.
