摘要
人工时效处理改变第二相在ZK60镁合金中的分布,从而影响材料的腐蚀和力学性能。结果表明,人工时效处理使材料的力学性能有所强化,提高了材料在空气中的疲劳性能;但人工时效并没有改善第二相分布的均匀度,反而使材料的耐腐蚀性能降低。对比原始态和人工时效处理后材料的腐蚀疲劳性能发现,人工时效处理的试样在高应力幅值下具有较高的寿命,在低应力幅值下其腐蚀疲劳寿命反而被原始态试样超越。在低应力幅值下,人工时效处理的试样表面的点蚀坑底部因为应力集中产生微裂纹,降低了其低应力幅值下的腐蚀疲劳寿命。
Abstract
Artificial aging treatment is conducted to change the distribution of the second phase in ZK60 magnesium alloy,which can therefore influence the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the material.Artificial aging treatment is proved to have ability to enhance the mechanical properties of ZK60 and improve the fatigue life in the air.However,artificial aging treatment does not homogenize the distribution of the second phase in materials,which results in a reduction of corrosion resistance of ZK60.It is found that the specimens after artificial aging treatment possess a higher corrosion fatigue life than virgin specimens under high stress amplitudes,and the results are reversed under low stress amplitudes.Micro cracks induced by stress concentration appears at the bottom of pitting on the surface of specimens after artificial aging treatment,which can decrease their corrosion fatigue resistance under low stress amplitudes.
