摘要
为提高相变储能材料的热导率和稳定性,以聚乙二醇(PEG)、SiO2和泡沫镍为原料,基于溶胶-凝胶和真空浸渍法制备了一种新型热导率增强的定形复合相变材料PEG/SiO2-Ni,并对其性能进行表征。结果表明,镍泡沫的引入使复合相变材料的热导率达到0.57 W/(m·K),与PEG/SiO2相比,热导率提高了96.6%,其储热所用时间也相对减少了63.4%,有效提高了PEG/SiO2-Ni相变材料强度和储/放热速率。同时,PEG/SiO2-Ni相变材料还具有良好的定形相变效果、结构稳定性和较高的相变潜热。
Abstract
In order to improve the thermal conductivity and thermal stability of phase-change energy storage material,a novel form-stable composite PEG/SiO2-Ni phase change material with enhanced thermal conductivity is prepared through sol-gel and vacuum impregnation methods,with polyethylene glycol (PEG),SiO2 and foam nickel as raw materials.The properties of the prepared material are characterized.Results indicate that the thermal conductivity of this composite phase change material reaches 0.57 W/(m·K) due to the adding of foam nickel,which has an increase of 96.6% compared with that of PEG/SiO2 phase change material.In the meantime,the time that PEG/SiO2-Ni spends in storing heat is shortened by 63.4% compared with that of PEG/SiO2.The structural strength and heat charging-discharging rate of PEG/SiO2-Ni are improved effectively.What's more,PEG/SiO2-Ni exhibits preferably form-stable performance,structural stability and high phase change latent heat.
