摘要
主要探究了温度、时间对顺丁橡胶和菲共液化的影响,并通过GC、GC-MS、TG-DTG对胶样、菲及其共液化产物进行表征。结果表明,温度对共液化影响较大。随着反应时间延长,可溶物产率恒定在96%。而通过GC分析表明,共液化主要断裂样品中的—CH3和—CH2 2种官能团,无—COOH官能团脱落。由TG-DTG分析可知,温度过高,单位时间内自由基碎片过多,造成多余的自由基缩聚成焦,导致转化率降低。
Abstract
This study focuses on the effect of temperature and time on the co-liquefaction of butadiene rubber and phenanthrene.GC,GC-MS and TG-DTG are utilized to characterize colloidal samples,phenanthrene and its co-liquefied products.The results identify that temperature has a great influence on the co-liquefaction and the yield of soluble substance remains constant at 96% with prolongation of reaction time.Analysis through GC shows that there are two functional groups of -CH3 and -CH2 in liquefaction fractured samples,but no shed -COOH functional groups.TG-DTG detection shows that excessive free radical fragments can be generated in unit time at over high temperature,which causes surplus free radical to condense into coke,resulting in the reduction of conversion rate.
