摘要

采用溶剂热法将颗粒状Bi2WO6负载到凹凸棒石(ATP)上,成功制备出超细Bi2WO6/ATP复合光催化剂,并将其应用到模拟油的氧化脱硫中。通过XRD、TEM、UV-Vis和BET分别对样品的结构、形貌、光学性能、比表面积进行表征。结果表明,Bi2WO6/ATP复合光催化剂相比于单一相的Bi2WO6具有更广的光响应范围、更大的比表面积。当Bi2WO6质量分数为50%[m(Bi2WO6)∶m(ATP)]时,100 min内脱硫效果达到96.12%。循环使用4次后,脱硫效果没有明显下降,催化剂性能稳定。

Abstract

Ultrafine Bi2WO6/ATP composite photocatalyst is successfully synthesized by loading granular Bi2WO6 onto attapulgite (ATP) through solvothermal method and is applied to the oxidative desulfurization of model oil.The structure,morphology,optical properties and specific surface area of the prepared samples are characterized by XRD,TEM,UV-Vis and BET.It is found that Bi2WO6/ATP composite photocatalysts have wider range of light response,larger specific surface area than single phase Bi2WO6.A 96.12% of desulfurization rate can be achieved in 100 min over the catalyst within which the mass fraction of Bi2WO6 is 50%[m(Bi2WO6):m(ATP)].The desulfurization effect does not decrease obviously after 4 cycles and the performance of the catalyst remains stable.
