摘要
以甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇和正丁醇为研究对象,根据严格稳态模拟结果建成小试实验装置,并考察了KDWC的开车、连续进料和进料组成变化过程。KDWC开车流程可分为3个阶段:全回流、间歇精馏和进料平衡阶段;连续等摩尔进料时四组产品摩尔分数均可达到设计值90%,相同条件下模拟值和实验结果具有良好的一致性,上侧线中甲醇杂质和下侧线中丁醇杂质含量略有偏差;进料组成发生±20%的变化后,可在分液比恒定的情况下实现产品的平稳控制。
Abstract
A lab-scale experimental device containing a Kaibel divided-wall distillation column (KDWC) is built for separating a mixture consisting of methanol, ethanol, n-propanol and n-butanol based on the results of rigorous steady-state simulation.The processes of start-up, continuous feeding and changes of feed compositions of KDWC are well investigated.The start-up procedure can be divided into three stages including overall reflux ratio, batch distillation and feeding balance.The equal mole fraction of 4-component mixture can be separated into four pure products with mole purity of 90%.Subsequently, a rigorous steady-state model is studied by means of Aspen Plus, the comparison shows that the simulated results agree well with the experimental results under the same conditions, but the contents of methanol impurity in the upper side-stream and butanol in the lower side-stream have small deviations.Given ±20% disturbances in feed composition, a smooth product control can be achieved in a constant liquid separation ratio.
