摘要
建立了ESI负离子模式液相色谱-质谱串联法(LC-MS/MS)同时快速测定口服液类保健食品中糖精钠、甜蜜素、安赛蜜、纽甜、阿斯巴甜、阿力甜、三氯蔗糖7种人工合成甜味剂的方法。采用亲水性良好的ZORBAX SB-Aq(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm)为分离柱,以0.1%甲酸溶液(A)-甲醇(B)为流动相按梯度进行洗脱分离。实验结果表明,建立的实验方法在10~500 μg/L范围内相关性良好;方法检出限(S/N≥3)为0.05~0.5 μg/L,定量限(S/N≥10)为0.1~1.5 μg/L。在空白样品中选择3个不同浓度的标准溶液进行加标回收实验,得平均回收率为94.4%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~3.2%。所建立的实验方法具有灵敏度好、准确性高且简单快速的优点,适用于口服液类保健食品中7种不同人工合成甜味剂的测定。
Abstract
An ESI- mode liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method is developed for rapidly determining 7 kinds of artificial sweeteners such as saccharin sodium, sodium cyclamate, acesulfame-K, neotame, aspartame, alitame and sucralose in oral liquid series health food.The hydrophilic ZORBAX SB-Aq (3×100 mm, 1.8 m) is used as the separation column, and 0.1% carboxylic acid solution (A)-methanol (B) is used as the mobile phase to separate with gradient elution.Experimental results show that the established experimental method has a good linear relationship in the range of 10-500 μg/L;the detection limits (S/N ≥ 3) is in the range of 0.05-0.5 μg/L and the quantitation limits (S/N ≥ 10) is in the range of 0.1-1.5 μg/L.Three standard solutions with different concentrations are selected from blank samples to be reclaimed.The average recoveries range from 94.4% to 101.2% and the relative standard deviation is 0.9%-3.2%.The established method is verified to be sensitive, accurate and simple, suitable for the detection of 7 kinds of artificial sweeteners in oral liquid health foods.
