摘要

以骨架镍为催化剂,研究了α-蒎烯固定床连续加氢制顺式蒎烷工艺。考察了H2压力、反应温度、物料空速及H2用量等条件对反应的影响,优化了工艺条件。结果表明,在H2压力为2 MPa、反应温度为120℃、液时空速为0.75 h-1、氢气与α-蒎烯摩尔比为20时,α-蒎烯的转化率达99.3%,顺式蒎烷的选择性为92.6%。连续运行结果表明该工艺具有较好的稳定性。

Abstract

Continuous hydrogenation of α-pinene in fixed-bed reactor to make cis-pinane are studied by using skeleton Ni catalyst.The effects of H2 pressure, reaction temperature, space velocity of α-pinene and H2 dosage on the hydrogenation are investigated.The optimized conditions for hydrogenation are as follows:H2 pressure is 2 MPa, reaction temperature is at 120℃, LHSV of α-pinene is 0.75 h-1 and the ratio of H2 to α-pinene is 20.Under the optimal conditions, the conversion rate of α-pinene can reach 99.3% and the selectivity of cis-pinane can reach 92.6%.In addition, the result of continuous hydrogenation shows that this process is very stable.
