摘要

以可溶性淀粉(St)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为反应物,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了St-AA-AMPS/PVA半互穿网络高吸水树脂。聚合反应较优条件为:当丙烯酸中和度为60%、反应温度为70℃时,反应物w(AA)∶w(St)∶w(PVA)∶w(KPS)∶w(NMBA)∶w(AMPS)=100%∶10.67%∶9.33%∶0.67%∶0.05%∶33.33%,制得试样的吸去离子水率达1 214 g/g,吸生理盐水率达116 g/g。利用红外光谱仪(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构形态进行了表征;并对树脂在盐水中的溶胀行为进行了研究,结果表明,树脂扩散溶胀过程符合二级动力学模型。

Abstract

A new St-AA-AMPS/PVA semi interpenetrating network (IPN) superabsorbent resin is synthesized via aqueous solution polymerization method with soluble starch (St) as substrate,acrylic acid (AA),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as main raw materials,potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) as cross-linking agent.The optimum conditions for synthetic reaction are as follows:the neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 60%,the polymerization temperature is at 70℃ and w(AA):w(St):w(PVA):w(KPS):w(NMBA):w(AMPS)=100%:10.67%:9.33%:0.67%:0.05%:33.33%.Under the optimum conditions,the prepared resin sample can reach an absorb rate of 1,214 g·g-1 against distilled water and 116 g·g-1 against normal saline.The structure and morphology of samples are characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Their swelling behavior in salt water is studied,showing that the scattering and swelling process of the resins meets the second-order dynamic model.
