摘要

介绍了合成聚合氯化铝的原料,包括含铝矿石、工业含铝废料和含铝化工产品及中间体等;阐述了制备聚合氯化铝的工艺方法,如酸法、碱法、中和法等,以及制备工艺过程中存在的问题和影响聚合氯化铝产品性能的工艺参数的研究现状;指出了聚合氯化铝的发展趋势。以含铝资源制备聚合氯化铝产品的成本远低于现有的无机混凝剂,对投放系统及操作人员皮肤、衣物的腐蚀性小,大大改善了劳动条件,未来的市场应用前景广阔。

Abstract

The raw materials for synthesizing polymerized aluminum chloride (PAC),including aluminum ore,industrial aluminum-containing scraps,aluminum-containing chemical products and intermediates are introduced.This paper also describes the PAC preparation process methods such as acid method,alkali method and neutralization method,the existing problems in the preparation process and the research status in the process parameters affecting the performance of PAC.The development trend of PAC is pointed out.The cost of PAC prepared by aluminum-containing resources is far lower than the existing inorganic coagulants.PAC has less corrosion to the delivery system,and the skin and clothing of the operators,which improves greatly the working conditions and has a prospective market application in the future.
