摘要

综合介绍了长链二元酸从微生物发酵液提取过程中常用的分离提纯技术以及近期的发展动态。结合相关案例,从发酵液的预处理、分离提纯、精制工艺等方面分析了现有技术的特点,重点提出了长链二元酸提纯精制的关键环节—结晶工段中有待解决的问题,探讨了长链二元酸精制工艺的发展方向。

Abstract

This paper summarizes and reviews comprehensively the common separation and purification technologies for extracting long chain dicarboxylic acids from microbial fermentation broth and the recent development situation.Based on the related cases,the current technical characteristics are analyzed from the aspects such as pretreatment of fermentation broth,separation and purification,refining process,etc.In order to prepare products with desired quality,this paper proposes the problems to be solved in the crystallization unit,the key link in purification and refining process of long chain dicarboxylic acid,which shall be paid more attention to.Finally,the development direction of refining process for long-chain dicarboxylic acids is discussed.
