摘要

着眼于卤水直接制备电池级碳酸锂和工业级碳酸锂经纯化后制备电池级碳酸锂,分析对比了目前应用较广的几种制备方法,如苛化法、重结晶法、电解法、沉淀法、氢化法等。上述工艺所得碳酸锂产品不易达到高纯国标要求,一般还需进一步去除钙镁等杂质。最后,结合我国实际情况对电池级碳酸锂制备工艺的发展趋势进行了展望,并提出了多种工艺联合制备电池级碳酸锂的方法,以期实现电池级碳酸锂的高效制备。

Abstract

Focusing on preparations of battery-grade lithium carbonate directly from brine and through purification of industrial-grade lithium carbonate respectively,several preparation methods being used widely at present are analyzed and compared,including causticization,recrystallization,electrolysis,precipitation and hydrogenation methods,etc.Lithium carbonate products obtained by the above processes are difficult to meet the requirements of national standard high-purity,and generally need to be further purified by removing impurities such as calcium and magnesium.Finally,the development trend of the battery grade lithium carbonate preparation process is prospected in the light of the actual situation in China,and a process combining multi methods is proposed for the preparation of battery grade lithium carbonate,aiming to achieve the efficient preparation of battery grade lithium carbonate.
