摘要

详细介绍了FF-36加氢精制催化剂和FC-32A加氢裂化催化剂在柴油加氢改质装置上的工业应用。精制催化剂具有反应温度上与裂化催化剂相匹配的加氢脱氮能力,FC-32A具有显著优先裂解重组分能力、开环选择性以及显著提高柴油十六烷值能力。工业标定结果表明,产品汽油、轻质柴油、柴油的硫、氮质量分数均在10-6 g/g以内,汽油的脱硫率为98%、脱氮率为99%,轻质柴油脱硫率为99%、脱氮率为99%,柴油脱硫率为99%、脱氮率为99%,达到设计要求。汽油的辛烷值和柴油的十六烷值以及指标达到设计要求。

Abstract

This paper introduces minutely the industrial applications of FF-36 hydrotreating catalyst and FC-32A hydrocracking catalyst in the diesel hydrotreating modification unit.The hydrogenation denitrification ability of FF-36 can match with FC-32A at the reaction temperature.FC-32A has the ability to crack down heavy components with obvious priority,the ring-opening selectivity and the capability to improve significantly diesel cetane number.The industrial calibration results show that the sulfur contents and nitrogen contents in gasoline,light diesel oil and diesel are all less than 10 ppm,the desulfurization and denitrification rates of gasoline are 98% and 99% respectively,that of light diesel both are 99% and so are that of diesel,all reach the design requirements.The octane number of gasoline,and the cetane number and index of diesel oil meet the design requirements.
