摘要
利用过饱和浸渍法制备TiO2-β/SBA-15复合分子筛,通过XRD、SEM-EDS对复合分子筛进行表征,并将其应用于静态光催化氧化柴油脱硫实验。提出了光催化氧化脱硫的反应机理,并通过GC/AED检测器与Ba (NO3)2滴定实验证明了反应机理。考察了催化剂质量浓度、n(H2O2)/n(S)、反应温度和反应时间对静态光催化氧化脱硫实验的影响。实验结果表明,TiO2-β/SBA-15复合分子筛具有良好的催化反应性能,当催化剂质量浓度为4 g/L、n(H2O2)/n(S)为2.5、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为3 h时,模拟柴油的脱硫率高达92.3%。
Abstract
TiO2-β/SBA-15,a composite molecular sieve,is prepared by supersaturated impregnation method and is then characterized by XRD and SEM-EDS.It is applied to the static photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization of diesel.The reaction mechanism for photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization is proposed and proved by means of GC/AED detector and Ba(NO3)2 titration experiment.The effects of the mass concentration of catalyst,n(H2O2)/n(S),reaction temperature and reaction time on the static photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization are investigated.The experimental results illustrate that TiO2-β/SBA-15 exhibits excellent catalytic reaction performance.The desulfurization rate of simulated diesel oil can reach 92.3% when the amount of TiO2-β/SBA-15 is 4 g·L-1,n(H2O2)/n(S) is 2.5,the reaction temperature is at 60℃ and the reaction lasts for 3 hours.
