摘要

阐述了磷石膏、褐煤化学链综合利用的研究状况,包括单独用磷石膏作为载氧体的反应原理、以磷石膏为载氧体的褐煤化学链制备分成气现状;以改性磷石膏为载氧体的褐煤化学链研究进展及以其制备合成气的优点。针对磷石膏、褐煤化学链综合利用的研究状况,指出应对杂质对反应过程的影响进行研究,对优化合成气的制备进行动力学分析以及工业放大过程需进行数值模拟。

Abstract

This paper describes the research situations in chemical looping comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum and lignite,including the reaction principle using phosphogypsum lonely as oxygen carrier,the situations for preparation of syngas by lignite chemical looping with phosphogypsum as oxygen carrier and the corresponding advantages.In the light of the research situations in chemical looping comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum and lignite,this paper suggests that the effect of impurities on the reaction process shall be investigated,the kinetic analysis on optimizing the preparation of syngas shall be carried out and numerical simulation are also needed in the industrial amplifying process.
