摘要

综述了生物质型煤的典型工艺,与热压成型相比,冷压成型制备的型煤不具备防水性;较详细地介绍了型煤黏结剂;并对生物质型煤制备的几个关键参数做了较详细的比较;然后对生物质型煤的燃烧和其他利用途径做了介绍。最后,展望了生物质型煤的发展方向,在研究工业运用范围广的生物质型煤的同时,寻找来源广泛、可再生的复合型黏结剂,以提高生物质型煤的各项性能。

Abstract

This paper reviews the typical technologies for production of biomass-compounding briquette coal.Compared with the biomass-compounding briquette coal made by hot pressing technology,that made by cold pressing technology has no water proof property.The briquette binder is introduced in detail.Several key parameters for the preparation of biomass-compounding briquette coal are compared attentively.Then,the combustion usage and other utilization ways for biomass-compounding briquette coal are presented.Finally,the development trend of biomass-compounding briquette coal is prospected.It is suggested that researchers shall try to develop the biomass-compounding briquette coal with wide industrial application range while shall find out new types of composite binders with wide sources and renewable sources in order to improve the properties of biomass-compounding briquette coal.
