摘要

通过对原油焦化工艺产生的脱钙废水进行取样分析,根据其组成确定对其中的醋酸采用萃取、共沸、汽提组合提纯的加工路线进行回收利用,使得脱钙废水水质得到改善,还可以提升装置焦炭产品的等级,每年可获得利润1 038万元。

Abstract

The decalcification wastewater from crude oil coking process is sampled and analyzed.Based on the composition obtained,a combining purification processing route including extraction,azeotropic and stripping is employed to recover and utilize acetic acid in the wastewater,which can improve the quality of decalcified wastewater and improve the grade of coke produced in the crude oil coking unit.The use of this processing route can generate a profit of RMB 10.38 million per year.
