海胆状MnO2/RGO复合材料的制备及吸波性能研究

摘要

利用水热法制备海胆状MnO2及海胆状MnO2/RGO复合吸波材料。FT-IR表明,石墨烯被还原并成功与海胆状MnO2复合;XRD测试结果表明,海胆状MnO2晶型结构属于β-MnO2;SEM分析结果表明,海胆状MnO2的直径为3~5 μm。对比MnO2、RGO和海胆状MnO2/RGO在0~18 GHz波段的电磁参数和反射率结果表明,复合材料的吸波性能得到了显著提高,厚度1.5 mm海胆状MnO2/RGO具有最佳的反射损耗,在17.1 GHz时达到-19.2 dB,同时材料片材厚度增加,反射损失峰会低频移动。

Abstract

Urchin-like MnO2 and urchin-like MnO2/RGO composite microwave absorbing materials are prepared by the hydrothermal method.The FT-IR detection shows that graphene is reduced successfully and forms composite materials with urchin-like MnO2.XRD detection shows that the crystal structure of urchin-like MnO2 belongs to β-MnO2.SEM analysis shows that urchin-like MnO2 has a diameter of 3-5 μm.The electromagnetic parameters and reflectivities of MnO2,RGO and urchin-like MnO2/RGO composite material in the band range of 0-18 GHz are compared,showing that the microwave absorbing properties of MnO2/RGO composite material is improved significantly.The urchin-like MnO2/RGO with a thickness of 1.5 mm has the best reflection loss which reaches -19.2 dB at 17.1 GHz.As the thickness of MnO2/RGO composite material increases,the reflection loss peak will move towards the low frequency direction.
