摘要

为了提高锂离子电池的安全性,在1 mol/L LiPF6/(EC+EMC+DMC)(质量比为1:1:1)溶液中加入三(1,3-二氯异丙基)磷酸酯(TDCPP)组成阻燃电解质。并采用燃烧测试、热学性能以及电化学性能测试等方法对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,5%~10%的TDCPP就能取得良好的阻燃效果,含10% TDCPP电池在150℃环境温度下高温测试,电池不失控。10% TDCPP在电池100次的循环过程中不破坏石墨电极的形貌,不影响SEI膜的形成。

Abstract

In order to improve the safety performance of lithium ion battery,flame retardant electrolytes are prepared by adding tris(1,3-Dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCPP) in 1 mol·L-1 LiPF6/(EC+EMC+DMC) (with a mass ratio of 1:1:1) solution.The performances of the prepared electrolytes are studied through combustion test,thermal property detection and electrochemical performances test.The results show that the battery containing 5%-10% TDCPP only can achieve an ideal flame retardant effect.The battery containing 10% TDCPP does not run away when it is tested at the oven temperature of 150℃.Neither the morphology of graphite electrode after 100 cycling,nor the formation of the SEI film on the surface of the graphite anode are affected by 10% TDCPP.
