摘要
针对某市水质水量波动明显且有机物、氨氮及油脂盐类质量分数高的餐厨垃圾渗沥液处理工程,采用"厌氧+A/O-MBR+NF+RO"组合工艺对餐厨垃圾渗沥液处理中的运行情况、处理效果及经济指标进行分析。结果表明,在连续进水条件下,系统CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、SS的平均去除率分别达到99.65%、99.20%、99.55%和99.75%,该工艺表现出抗冲击负荷能力强、高效快速等突出优点,吨水处理费用为22.38元,出水水质稳定,达到国家一级排放标准,具有推广前景。
Abstract
In the light of the kitchen waste leachate treatment project in a certain city of China where water quality and consumption both fluctuate obviously and the leachate containing high concentrations of organic matters,ammonia nitrogen,oil and salts,the anaerobic+A/O-MBR+NF+RO combination process is employed,and its operational situations,treatment effectiveness and economic indicators are also analyzed.The operation results show that the average removal rates of CODcr,BOD5,NH3-N,SS can reach to 99.65%,99.2%,99.55% and 99.75%,respectively under conditions of continuous water feeding.The process shows good performances when temperature and load change greatly,high efficient and high speed.The operation cost is RMB22.38 per cubic meter of water.The quality of effluent water can remain steadily and meet the requirement of China's national integrated wastewater discharge standards grade 1,showing a prospect of promotion.
