摘要
以钼酸(H2MoO4)和硫氰酸铵(NH4SCN)为原料,将导电玻璃垂直悬挂在水热反应釜中,采用水热法在220℃的条件下,成功原位制备出二硫化钼薄膜,并考察了不同反应时间(12、24、36 h)对水热法制备二硫化钼的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对所制备的二硫化钼的物相、形貌和成分进行了表征。利用电化学工作站对二硫化钼薄膜电极进行光电化学、阻抗谱和Mott-Schottky曲线的测试,结果表明,水热反应24 h制备的样品具有更优异的光电化学性能。
Abstract
Molybdenum disulfide film electrodes are in situ manufactured by hydrothermal method with molybdic acid and ammonium thiocyanate as raw materials and conductive glass hanging in the Teflon-sealed autoclave.The effect of hydrothermal time (12,24 and 36 h) on the properties of MoS2 is investigated.The as-prepared samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).The photoelectrochemisty,electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) and Mott-Schottky curve of MoS2 thin film electrodes are tested on an electrochemical workstation,which indicates that MoS2 sample prepared in 24 h of hydrothermal time possesses better photoelectrochemical performance.
