摘要
以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑磷钨酸盐离子液体为钨源,正硅酸四乙酯为硅源,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了WO3-SiO2,并用Raman、XRD、TEM对其结构组成进行了表征。在WO3-SiO2作催化剂、乙腈作萃取剂、H2O2作氧化剂的催化氧化脱硫系统内,考察了催化剂对模拟油中二苯并噻吩(DBT)的脱除效果。结果表明,W组分被负载进入无定形SiO2载体上,并以单斜相WO3的形式存在。在n(W):n(Si)=0.1、n(O):n(S)=3、m(WO3-SiO2)=0.03 g、T=50℃的最佳实验条件下,WO3-SiO2对模拟油中DBT的脱除率可达94.73%。
Abstract
WO3-SiO2 nanoparticles are synthesized via a sol-gel method using 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium phosphotungstate ionic liquid and ethyl orthosilicate as sources of tungsten and silicon respectively.Subsequently,the composition and structure of prepared WO3-SiO2 catalysts are characterized by Raman,XRD and TEM.The removal efficiency of dibenzothiophene (DBT) from model oil by as-prepared catalyst is explored in the catalytic oxidative desulfurization system with WO3-SiO2 as catalysts,acetonitrile as extraction agent and H2O2 as oxidant.The results show that W species have been imbedded in amorphous SiO2 supporters in the form of monoclinic WO3.The removal rate of DBT by WO3-SiO2 can reach 94.73% under the optimal experimental conditions of n(W):n(Si)=0.1,n(O):n(S)=3,m(WO3-SiO2)=0.03 g and T=50℃.
