摘要
以乙烯焦油208~228℃馏分为原料,利用精馏与磷酸萃取结合水蒸气蒸馏分离提纯萘。结果表明,采用85%的磷酸萃取,在萃取温度为90℃,萃取时间为60 min,磷酸质量分数为5%时,萃取得到萘产物的收率与纯度达到最优,分别为89.6%和88.5%。在同样条件下经两步萃取后,得到萘产物的纯度达到94.58%;对经两步萃取后的萘进行水蒸汽蒸馏实验,所得萘的纯度达到99.33%,与原料萘相比纯度提高了约46.63%。利用精馏与磷酸萃取结合水蒸汽蒸馏的方法从乙烯焦油中得到的萘产品纯度高,杂质质量分数少。
Abstract
This paper introduces a method extracting naphthalene from the 208-228℃ fractions of ethylene tar by rectification combining with phosphoric acid extraction and steam distillation.The results show that the yield and purity of naphthalene can reach the optimum,being 89.6% and 88.5% when phosphoric acid with a concentration of 85% is used as extractant,extraction temperature being 90℃,extraction time 60 min and phosphoric acid dosage 5%.Under the same conditions,the purity of obtained naphthalene can reach 94.58% after two-step gradient extractions.The naphthalene product obtained after two-step extractions is subjected to a steam distillation experiment and then its purity is increased to 99.33%,a rise of 46.63 percentage points compared to the content of naphthalene in the 208-228℃ fraction of ethylene tar.The extraction of naphthalene from ethylene tar by rectification combining with phosphoric acid extraction and steam distillation can obtain naphthalene with high purity and low impurity content.
