电子废弃物是目前增长最快的废物之一，为改善其管理状况，欧盟于2002年制定了《关于废弃电子电器设备指令》（WEEE指令）并于2012年进行了修订。瑞典作为欧盟的成员国之一，拥有较为成功的电子废弃物收集体系。从收集、运输、回收与处置等方面总结描述了瑞典的电子废弃物回收管理要求及做法，并讨论了其管理体系存在的一些问题。

At present,electronic waste is one of the wastes with the fastest growing in amount produced.In order to improve the management situation of electronic waste,European Union enacted The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) in 2002 and revised it in 2012.As one of the member states in European Union,Sweden has a relatively successful collection system for electronic waste.This paper summarizes and describes the Sweden's management requirements and practices for recycling electronic waste from aspects of collection,transportation,recycling and disposal,and discusses some problems existed in Swedish management system.
