摘要

对化学法高纯二氧化氯制备工艺方法进行了归纳,并针对应用在高纯发生器的工艺方法进行了具体分析,指出影响发生器广泛应用所存在的主要问题;针对问题现状及客户要求,提出了高纯二氧化氯制备新工艺,最终研发出低酸法制备新工艺法。通过数据对比发现,新工艺达到了非常理想的效果,其指标国内领先,并在实际应用中得到验证,可在水处理领域发挥更广泛、更有效的作用。同时,对于纸浆漂白用发生装置及消毒剂生产装置性能指标的提升也是一个很好的借鉴。

Abstract

The chemical preparation methods for high purity chlorine dioxide are summarized,and the process methods that are used in high purity generator are analyzed in detail.The main existing problems that limit the wider application of generator are put forward.Aiming at the problem situation and the requirements of customers,the research and development of new technology method for high purity chlorine dioxide is put forward,and the novel low acid preparation method is finally developed.It is found through comparison that the new method achieves an ideal effect.The indexes lead among domestic same methods and are verified in practical applications.The new method can play a wider and more effective role in the water treatment field.At the same time,it also supplies a good reference for the improvement of the performance indexes in generator for pulp bleaching and in the production facility of disinfectants.
