摘要
以氯化胆碱、尿素为原料合成氯化胆碱-尿素低共融体系离子液体,考察原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对离子液体合成的影响。最佳合成条件为:n(尿素):n(氯化胆碱)=2:1,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为90 min。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外可见分光光度计、旋转黏度计以及溶血实验对合成产物进行检测。合成产物的红外光谱图与氯化胆碱-尿素离子液体谱图一致;由紫外可见分光光度计检测可知,氯化胆碱-尿素低共融体系合成过程中透过率随时间的延长而增大,最终趋于稳定;合成的离子液体的黏度随温度的升高而减小;溶血实验结果表明,合成的离子液体不会发生溶血现象,具有良好的生物相容性。利用合成的离子液体溶解牛皮胶原,通过分析溶解产物的红外光谱可知,离子液体能够直接对牛皮中胶原进行物理溶解。
Abstract
Low eutectic choline chloride-urea ionic liquid is synthesized by using choline chloride and urea as raw materials.The influences of molar ratio between raw materials,reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis of ionic liquid are investigated.The optimal synthesis conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of urea to choline chloride is 2:1,the reaction temperature is 80℃ and the reaction time is 90 min.The obtained products are characterized by FTIR spectra,UV-Vis spectrophotometer,rotary viscometer and hemolysis test.The result of FTIR spectra verifies that the synthetic product is choline chloride-urea ionic liquid.It is known by UV-Vis spectrophotometer that the transmittance value of choline chloride-urea low eutectic system increases with time in the synthesis process,and stabilizes finally.The viscosity of synthesized ionic liquids decreases with the increasing of reaction temperature.The result from hemolysis test illustrates there will not be hemolysis for the synthesized ionic liquid,which shows it has a good biocompatibility.The prepared ionic liquids are used to dissolve the collagen of bovine skin.It is known by analyzing the infrared spectrum of dissolved products that the prepared ionic liquids can directly dissolve the collagen in bovine skin by physical mode.
