摘要
为了实现含油污泥的资源化、无害化处理,利用自制的Al-MCM-41催化剂对含油污泥进行催化热解处理,考察了温度、时间、氮气流量、污泥含水率等对油回收率的影响,并对热解产物进行了分析。结果表明,在催化剂质量分数为1.5%,氮气流量为100 mL/min,反应温度为430℃下处理3 h时,油回收率最高可达83.46%,与同等热解条件下未加催化剂相比,油回收率提高了4.02%,处理时间缩短了1 h以上,且催化热解大幅度提高了C6-C15的馏分收率;残渣热值在2 160 kJ/kg左右,可作为辅助燃料再利用。
Abstract
In order to realize the resource utilization and harmless treatment of oily sludge,the self-made Al-MCM-41 catalyst is served in the pyrolysis treatment of oil sludge by means of a tubular reactor.The influences of pyrolysis temperature,reaction time,nitrogen gas flux,the water content in the oily sludge on the oil recovery rate and/or the conversion efficiency are investigated and the properties of pyrolysis products are analyzed.The highest oil recovery rate can reach 83.46% under the optimum pyrolysis parameters that catalyst dosage is 1.5%,nitrogen gas flux is 100 mL·min-1,pyrolysis temperature is 430℃ and reaction lasts for 3 h.Compared with the same pyrolysis conditions without catalyst,the oil recovery rate increases 4.02 percentage points,the pyrolysis time shortens by 1 h,and the catalytic pyrolysis greatly improves the yield of C6-C15.In addition,the residue has a heat value of 2 160 kJ·kg-1,and can be used as auxiliary fuel.
