摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CeO2-CuO/ZnO/Al2O3,通过XRD检测了CeO2-CuO/ZnO/Al2O3,揭示了CeO2-CuO/ZnO/Al2O3微观结构和内在规律。结果发现,金属离子之间存在协同效应,以1,5-戊二醇气相催化脱氢制备δ-环戊内酯为探针反应,评价其催化活性,3% CeO2的CuO/ZnO/Al2O3呈现出最高催化活性。催化反应的最佳反应条件:反应温度为563 K,气时空速为5 h-1,反应时间为5 h,V(氢气):V(1,5-戊二醇)=2.0:1,p(H2)=0.12 MPa,此时,1,5-戊二醇的转化率为93.0%,δ-环戊内酯的选择性和收率最大值分别达到94.0%、87.4%。该方法为1,5-戊二醇气相催化脱氢制备δ-环戊内酯的中试和工业放大性研究提供了基础数据和实验依据。
Abstract
The CeO2-CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst is prepared by the sol-gel method and is detected by XRD.The detection discloses the micro-structure and internal rule of CeO2-CuO/ZnO/Al2O3.It is found that the synergistic effects exist among metal ions.Its catalytic activity is evaluated through the gas-phase catalytic dehydrogenation of 1,5-pentanediol to make δ-valerolactone,indicating that the catalyst containing 3% of CeO2 shows the highest catalytic activity.The optimum conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is at 563K,GHSV=5 h-1,the reaction time lasts for 5 h,hydrogen pressure is 0.12 MPa,and V(H2):V(1,5-Pentanediol)=2.0:1.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of 1,5-pentanediol is 93.0%,the maximum selectivity and yield of δ-valerolactone reach 94.0% and 87.4% respectively.This study provides plenty of basic data and experimental basis for the pilot and industrial scale up of the gas-phase catalytic dehydrogenation of 1,5-pentanediol to δ-valerolactone.
