摘要
综述了硫酸铵盐在不同环境下的形成/转化机理以及氨逃逸对燃煤PM2.5排放特征的影响,论述了氨逃逸、SCR运行参数和烟气组分等因素对硫酸铵盐形成特征的影响,分析了氨逃逸对沿程设备安全运行的影响。最后,对今后氨逃逸及其衍生细颗粒物深度减排的研究方向进行了展望,指出探索硫酸铵盐在烟风系统中的迁移转化规律及实现氨逃逸主动控制具有重要意义。
Abstract
The formation/conversion mechanism of ammonium sulfate salts and the influences of ammonia slip on the emission characteristics of PM2.5 from coal combustion are reviewed emphatically.In addition,the influences of ammonia slip,SCR operating parameters and flue gas components on the formation characteristics of ammonium sulfate salts are described,and the effect of ammonia slip on the safety operation of on-way devices are analyzed.Finally,this paper predicts the future research direction for ammonia slip and deep reduction of emission of fine particulate matters derived from slipped ammonia,and points out that it is significant to explore the migration and transformation regulations of ammonium sulfate salts in the flue gas-air system and realize active control on ammonia slip.
