摘要

以己二酸二甲酯催化加氢产物为分离对象,设计了3塔连续精馏工艺,并利用Aspen Plus软件对精馏过程进行了模拟计算。采用DSTWU模块进行简捷计算、RADFRAC模块进行严格计算,对回流比、理论塔板数、进料位置进行了优化。结果显示,塔B1、塔B2、塔B3的理论塔板数分别为17、28、11;回流比分别为0.47、0.94、1.73;最佳进料位置分别在10、18、7块塔板。产品中甲醇、正丁醇、2-甲基环戊醇和1,6-己二醇的质量分数分别为99.9%、99.5%、95.0%、99.5%。

Abstract

In order to separate the products from catalytic hydrogenation of dimethyl adipate, a three-column continuous distillation process is designed and the related distillation process is simulated by Aspen Plus software. The DSTWU module is employed for simple calculation and the RADFRAC module for rigorously calculation. The effects of the reflux ratio, theoretical plate number and feeding locations are studied and optimized. The results show that the optimal parameters for B1 column, B2 column and B3 column are shown as follows:the theoretical plates are 17, 28 and 11, the reflux ratios are 0.47, 0.94 and 1.73, the optimal feeding locations are at the 10th plate, the 18th plate and the 7th plate, respectively. The mass fraction of methanol, n-butanol, 2-methylcyclopentanol and 1, 6-hexanediol in the product are 99.9%, 99.5%, 95.0% and 99.5% respectively.
