摘要

介绍了燃煤烟气中汞的形态分布规律,重点综述了国内外燃烧后脱汞技术的研究进展,并对元素汞的氧化吸附机理进行了论述。结果表明,现有燃煤电站污染物控制设备具有一定协同脱汞能力,氧化态汞比例的增加可提高其协同控制效率。专门脱汞技术的关键是材料开发,总结分析了碳基材料、非碳基材料、燃煤飞灰作为脱汞材料的脱汞效果和应用潜力,探讨了材料物化特性、烟气组分、表面活性成分对脱汞行为和反应机理的影响,同时指出深入探索脱汞机理以及优化吸附剂的制备/再生工艺应作为今后研究的侧重点。

Abstract

The distribution rule of mercury speciation in the coal-fired flue gas is introduced. The research progress of post-combustion mercury removal technologies at home and abroad is reviewed emphatically. Furthermore, the adsorption and oxidation mechanism of elemental mercury for each technology are discussed. The results show that the existing pollution control facilities in coal-fired power plants have a certain synergistic effect on mercury removal and the synergistic control efficiency can be improved with the increase in percentage of oxidized mercury. The development of materials is extremely significant for the specialized mercury removal technologies. The adsorption efficiency and application potential of the materials for mercury removal, including carbon-based materials, non-carbon-based materials and coal-fired fly ash, are summarized and analyzed. In addition, the influences of the physicochemical characteristics of mercury removal materials, components of flue gas and surface active ingredients on mercury removal behavior and reaction mechanism are investigated. Meanwhile, further exploring the mechanism of mercury removal and optimizing the preparation/regeneration processes shall be the research emphasis in the future.
