含铅涂料的使用已在全球范围内引起了一定的健康风险。目前国际社会正在推动淘汰含铅涂料的全球行动。欧美等发达国家已制定了相关法律法规及标准限值管控含铅涂料。通过分析我国含铅涂料的现状及淘汰含铅涂料存在的问题，提出了健全政策法规、促进产业管理转型机制、制定产业政策标准、加大淘汰含铅涂料的宣传培训力度等建议。

The use of lead containing coatings has caused certain health risks worldwide. The international community is currently promoting global action to phase out lead containing coatings. European countries, the United States and other developed countries have issued relevant laws, regulations and standard limits to control and manage lead containing coatings. Through analyzing the current status of lead containing coatings in China and the problems in phasing out lead containing coatings, this paper puts forward suggestions such as completing and perfecting policies and regulations, promoting industrial management transformation model, formulating industrial policy standards, and increasing awareness and trainings of phasing out lead containing coatings.
