摘要

针对乌鲁木齐燃气汞排放数据缺乏、汞含量测试技术要求高的情况,首先采用安大略法测试燃气锅炉烟气中的汞的质量浓度,然后利用天然气参数及用量,通过科学计算获得天然气中的汞的质量浓度、汞排放强度、汞排放量。结果显示,锅炉烟气中总汞质量浓度为2.521 μg/Nm3,均为气态汞,元素态汞为主要形态;锅炉汞排放强度为(0.000 79~0.000 93)×10-12 g/J,远小于燃煤电厂的汞排放强度(0.77~0.81)×10-12 g/J;天然气中汞质量浓度为26.62~31.44 μg/Nm3,属于中等偏低水平;2016年乌鲁木齐市全年天然气汞排放量为81.9~96.8 kg/a。另外,针对国内烟气汞标准测试方法中存在的问题,结合安大略法设计的新采样系统操作较为简单,可用于烟气中总汞、气态汞、颗粒态汞的测定。

Abstract

According to the lack of data about mercury emission with gas in Urumqi and the high technical requirements from detection of mercury content,firstly the mass concentration of mercury in the flue gas from gas-fired boiler is tested by using the Ontario method,and then the mercury content in natural gas,the mercury emission intensity and the emission amount of mercury are obtained through scientific calculation by means of natural gas parameters and dosage.The results show that the total concentration of mercury in the flue gas is 2.521 μg/Nm3,which are all gaseous mercury and elemental mercury is the main form.The mercury emission intensity is (0.000 79-0.000 93)×10-12 g/J,much less than (0.77-0.81)×10-12 g/J for coal-fired power plant.The mercury concentration in natural gas is 26.62-31.44 μg/Nm3,which locates at medium low level.In 2016,Urumqi's total mercury emissions through natural gas was in the range 81.9-96.8 kg.In addition,aiming at solving the problems existing in the standard test methods for mercury in flue gas in China,the new sampling system combined with the Ontario method is easy to operate and can be used for the determination of total mercury,gaseous mercury and particulate mercury in flue gas.
