摘要

分析了我国煤制烯烃技术和产业现状,探讨了主要烯烃产品(乙烯、丙烯)一步氧化生产含氧化合物的可行性。从工艺和技术指标方面比较了国内外主要的甲醇制烯烃技术,并以乙烯/丙烯的生产和消费现状为依据,预测了未来国内煤制烯烃产业发展的潜在风险。认为生产低碳含氧化合物是消化过剩烯烃和增强煤制烯烃产业竞争力的有效途径,并重点介绍了乙烯直接氧化生产乙醛、乙酸和环氧乙烷以及丙烯直接氧化生产丙烯醛和环氧丙烷的技术现状。延伸煤制烯烃产业链,丰富煤化工产品,促进煤炭高效、清洁和高值化利用,契合我国能源结构特点,对经济民生和环境保护都具有重要意义。

Abstract

China's present situation of technology and industry of coal to olefins is analyzed,and the feasibility of producing oxygen containing C2/C3 compounds from main light olefins (ethylene and propylene) by one-step oxidation is discussed.The main methanol to olefin technologies at home and abroad are compared from the aspects of process and technical indexes.Based on the present situation of production and consumption of ethylene and propylene,the potential risks in the future development of China's coal to olefins industry are predicted.This paper thinks that the production of low carbon oxygen containing compounds is an effective way to consume excess olefins and enhance the competitiveness of the coal to olefins industry,and introduces emphatically the technical status of direct oxidation of ethylene to make acetaldehyde,acetic acid and ethylene oxide,and direct oxidation of propylene to make acrolein and propylene oxide.The proposal can help to extend the coal to olefins industrial chain,enrich coal chemical product families and promote efficient,clean and high value utilization of coal,which is in line with the characteristics of China's energy structure,and is of great significance for economic development,people's living and environmental protection.
