摘要
生物油催化重整制氢是一项很有潜力的生物质基氢气制备技术。选取乙醇为典型生物油模化物,利用等体积浸渍法制备了系列Ni/HMOR催化剂,在固定床反应器上进行催化剂活性测试。结合N2物理吸附、XRD、NH3-TPD以及TEM催化剂表征手段,系统考察了Ni负载量、反应温度、水碳比和气相体积空速对氢气产率、乙醇转化率以及气体产物体积浓度的影响。结果表明,Ni/HMOR催化剂表现出了很好的催化活性,在温度高于750℃,水碳比为9.2时,氢气产率超过90%,乙醇转化率为100%。
Abstract
Bio-oil catalytic reforming for hydrogen production is a promising biomass based hydrogen generation technology.In the present work,ethanol is selected as a typical and simple bio-oil model compound.A series of Ni/HMOR catalysts with different Ni loading amount are prepared via equivalent volume impregnation method,and their activities are tested in a fixed bed reactor.Combined with catalyst characterizing measures such as N2 physical adsorption,XRD,NH3-TPD and TEM,the effects of Ni content,reaction temperature,the ratio of steam to carbon,and gas hourly space velocity on hydrogen yield,ethanol conversion and volumetric concentration of gaseous products are systematically studied.It is found that Ni/HMOR catalyst demonstrates a superior catalytic activity for ethanol reforming.The H2 yield is higher than 90% and ethanol conversion reaches 100% with the ratio of steam to carbon being 9.2:1 at a temperature above 750℃.
