摘要
为提高Pt-Sn催化剂对乙酸加氢制乙醇反应的活性及选择性,以Al2O3-CaSiO3为载体,采用浸渍法制备不同Pt和Sn质量分数的乙酸加氢催化剂,对催化剂的物性结构和形貌进行了表征,并考察了其在乙酸加氢制乙醇反应中的性能。结果表明,Pt和Sn质量分数都为1%的催化剂,载体的晶相结构无变化,表面特征较好,具有最好的反应活性及乙醇选择性。在反应温度为275℃,压力为3 MPa,液体质量空速为0.66 h-1,氢气与乙酸摩尔比n(H2)/n(HOAc)=10的条件下,乙酸的转化率达73%,乙醇的选择性达70%。
Abstract
In order to improve the activity and selectivity of Pt-Sn catalysts on the hydrogenation of acetic acid to make ethanol,a series of Pt-Sn/Al2O3-CaSiO3 catalysts with different metal content are prepared by the impregnated method using Al2O3-CaSiO3 as carrier.The properties,structure and morphology of the prepared catalysts are characterized,and their performances in the hydrogenation of acetic acid to make ethanol are also studied.The results show that the catalyst with mass fraction of both Pt and Sn both being 1% remains unchanged in crystalline structure of carrier,and has better surface characteristics and the best hydrogenation activity,and supplies the best ethanol selectivity.The conversion of acetic acid and the selectivity of ethanol reach 73% and 70% respectively under the conditions of 275℃,3 MPa,WHSV at 0.66 h-1 and the mole ratio of H2/HOAc being 10:1.
