摘要

针对油气长输管道EPC项目管理的特征，通过对油气长输管道EPC项目投标设计工程量进行分析，运用价值工程理论，论述了油气长输管道EPC项目限额设计的必要性和可行性，提出了油气管道工程EPC项目限额设计的基本思路、方法和主要措施。

Abstract

In the light of the characteristics of oil and gas long-distance pipeline EPC project management,the feasibility and necessity of quota design for oil and gas long-distance pipeline EPC project is discussed by using the value engineering theory through analyzing the bidding design engineering quantity upon oil and gas long-distance pipeline EPC project.The basic ideas,methods and main measures to carry out quota design for oil and gas pipeline EPC project are proposed.
