摘要

通过对管道工程建设发展状况、技术现状为背景,以《油气管道输送技术》中对技术系列的划分基础,对管道工程建设技术系列划分方法进行研究,总结了四级分类基础下的41项专业领域的核心技术、核心工艺及核心装备,分析、归纳关键技术对管道工程建设发展取得的成效,为管道建设提供技术支撑,也为后续管道工程建设技术的发展提供方向参考。建议后续对中国管道工程建设分类技术进行评价,确定各关键技术在国际和国内同行业(相关行业)的技术地位,在评价结果的基础上,对某些关键技术进行应用和创新,以促进核心技术的更快发展。

Abstract

Based on the development situation and technology status of the pipeline engineering construction,the classification methods for pipeline engineering construction technology series are studied by taking the technology series classification methods in "Oil and Gas Pipeline Transportation Technology" as the basis.This paper summarizes key technology,core process and core equipment among 41 items of professional fields on the basis of four grade classification,and also analyzes and summarizes the effectiveness brought by key technologies on the development of pipeline engineering construction.Not only can it provide technical support for the pipeline construction,but also supply with the direction reference for the future development of pipeline engineering construction technology.This paper suggests to evaluate the classification technology of China's pipeline engineering construction in the future in order to confirm the corresponding technology position for each key technology in the same industry (related industry) at home and abroad.On the basis of evaluation results,application and innovation can be carried out on some key technologies,to promote core technologies to develop fast.
