摘要

随着《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准(GB 31570-2015)》的发布,硫磺回收装置尾气二氧化硫排放限值由先前的960 mg/m3降至400 mg/m3,特别排放限值更是要求100 mg/m3。介绍了几种能够满足新排放标准的硫磺回收尾气处理技术,简要比较并分析了不同尾气处理技术的经济性指标和优缺点,提出了硫磺回收尾气处理技术选择的思路。

Abstract

With the issue of "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry (GB 31570-2015)",the emission limits of sulfur dioxide in tail gas from sulfur recovery facility drops to 400 mg·m-3 from the previous 960 mg·m-3,in some special areas the limit is 100 mg·m-3.This paper introduces several tail gas treatment technologies that can meet new emission standard,and then compares and analyzes their advantages,disadvantages and economic index briefly,and finally proposes advices for selection of treatment technologies for tail gas from sulfur recovery facility.
