摘要
煤化工废水有机污染物种类多,严重威胁人类的生命健康,对高浓度煤化工废水进行预处理变得尤为重要。以贵州某煤化工废水为研究对象,对废水进行过滤酸化,并加入絮凝剂进行絮凝沉淀处理,得到最佳pH和絮凝剂的配比,通过改进絮凝沉淀法研究不同因素等对废水处理效果的影响,进而得到最佳的处理方案。结果表明,酸化+聚合氯化铝+聚丙烯酰胺的絮凝沉淀法的COD去除率达到80.92%,废水的处理效率较高。
Abstract
There are many kinds of organic pollutants in coal chemical wastewater,which seriously threaten the life and health of human beings.It is very important to pre-treat with high concentration coal chemical wastewater.In this paper,taking the coal chemical wastewater from a project in Guizhou province as research object,the waste water is first filtrated and acidified and then is flocculated and precipitated by adding with flocculant.The best pH value and flocculant dosage are obtained.By improving the flocculation and precipitation method,the effects of different factors on wastewater treatment are studied.Finally,the optimal treatment scheme is obtained.The results show that the removal rate of COD is 80.92% through the flocculation and precipitation method with acidification+polyaluminum chloride+polyacrylamide,and the treatment efficiency for wastewater is higher.
