摘要
针对炼厂胺液吸收脱硫-溶剂再生系统剂耗高、能耗高的现状,结合某千万吨炼厂胺液系统"贫液一次吸收+富液集中再生"的工艺现状,从准确建立反映炼厂胺液脱硫系统的工艺模型入手,对胺液系统梯级利用技术进行探索研究。结果表明,炼厂胺液系统梯级利用可以降低现有胺液系统溶剂循环量和再生耗费蒸汽。相对于现有基准工况,降低系统贫液循环量约5.38%,节约蒸汽0.87 t/h,全年经济效益约109.62万元,投资回收效益非常可观。
Abstract
In order to solve the high solvent consumption and high energy consumption problems of continental amine solution absorption desulfurization-solvent regeneration system in refinery,combined with the present process status of "lean solution once absorption+rich amine solution gathering regeneration" of amine system in a 10 million tons per year refinery,the cascade utilization technology is explored and researched for amine solution system,starting from accurately establishing a process model to reflect amine solution desulfurization system in refinery.The results show that the cascade utilization technology can reduce the existing solvent cycle capacity of amine solution system and steam consumption in regeneration.Compared with the existing reference conditions,the cascade utilization technology can reduce 5.38% of the lean solution circulation of system,save steam consumption by 0.87 t·h-1,and achieve RMB 1.09 million of annual economic benefit.The investment recovery efficiency is very considerable.
