摘要
花生壳中木犀草素主要采用有机溶剂热回流提取,该方法提取率低且污染环境。为解决这一问题,提出了一种离子液体微波辅助提取花生壳中的木犀草素的新方法。以离子液体为提取溶剂,与微波技术相结合辅助提取花生壳中木犀草素,并用单因素实验和响应曲面设计对花生壳中木犀草素的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,14.60 mL 1.0 mol/L的[C10mim]Br溶液在提取温度为85℃和提取时间为12 min的条件下对1.0 g的花生壳进行提取,得到的木犀草素的实际提取率为80.11%,与响应曲面法拟合所得到的预测值82.43%符合良好。表明采用离子液体作提取溶剂,在微波辅助的条件下对花生壳中的木犀草素进行提取具有快速高效、环境友好等特点,为提取其他植物中的生物活性成分的研究提供新的思路。
Abstract
The traditional extraction of luteolin from peanut shell mainly employs heat reflux extraction of organic solvent,which represents low extraction yield and heavy pollution.In order to solve the problems,a novel method of extracting luteolin from peanut shells is developed,which using ionic liquid as extractant,associated by microwave technology.The extraction conditions are optimized by response surface methodology and single factor experimental way.The results show the optimal conditions as follows:14.60 mL of 1.0 mol·L-1[C10mim] Br solution is used to extract luteolin from 1.0 g of peanut shells powder under the extraction temperature of 85℃ and extraction time of 12 min,thus the actual extraction yield of luteolin is 80.11% that is well correlated with the predicted values 82.43% by response surface methodology.The results indicate that the method using microwave-assisted ionic liquids to extract luteolin from peanut shells features fast,efficiency and environmental friendliness,which supplies a new idea for extracting bio active ingredients from other plants.
