摘要
对某生物质电厂蜂窝SCR脱硝催化剂失效原因和再生工艺进行了研究。结果表明,该催化剂失活的主要原因是由于催化剂堵孔率超过了50%,灰分造成催化剂实际反应面积大大减少;灰分中含有的碱金属及碱土金属破坏了催化剂表面酸性位,降低了催化剂活性而使催化剂中毒。根据催化剂失活机理,对其再生工艺进行了探索,中试实验结果表明:在一定的条件下,通过吹灰、清洗、酸洗、活性补充和煅烧,可将催化剂活性恢复到工业使用要求。
Abstract
An in-depth study on the deactivated mechanism and regeneration method of SCR de-NOx honeycomb catalyst for a biomass power plant is carried on.Results show that the deactivation is mainly caused by two reasons as the following:(1)Catalyst blockage.Blinding rate of the deactivated catalysts exceeds 50%.Fly ash causes the actual reaction area of catalyst to reduce greatly.(2)Alkalosis.Blinding ash containing alkali metal and alkaline earth metal damages the surface acid sites of catalyst,reducing the activity of catalyst and making it poisoned.According to the mechanism of catalyst deactivation,the regeneration process is hence developed.And the pilot shows that through soot-blowing,cleaning,pickling,activity supplementing and burning under certain conditions,the activity of catalyst can recover and meet the industrial service requirements.
