摘要

以石墨烯为研究对象，使用SooPAT数据库检索2007-2016年期间的石墨烯专利，并对专利数量、申请人、地区分布、技术领域分布、技术生命周期和国外申请人等情况进行统计和定量分析，以期了解近10年来石墨烯专利的现状，为我国石墨烯行业开展创新活动提供参考。

Abstract

Taking graphene as a research object,the graphene concerning patents during 2007-2016 are retrieved through SooPAT patent database.The patent quantity,applicants,regional distribution,technical field distribution,life cycle of technology and foreign applicants are statistically analyzed in order to understand the status of graphene patents in the past ten years and provide a reference for innovation activities of Chinese graphene industry.
