摘要
综述了目前国内外典型的甲醇制烯烃工艺，包括UOP/Hydro公司的MTO工艺、Exxon Mobile的OTO工艺、大连化物所的DMTO工艺、中石化的SMTO工艺以及神华集团的SHMTO工艺等，对比了其工艺技术特点，详细论述了各自的工业化进程，总结了各自的最新项目进展及运行效果。最后指出，在当前形势下，产品的差异化以及精细化是未来甲醇制烯烃项目保持竞争性的发展方向。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the current typical methanol to olefin (MTO) processes at home and abroad,including the MTO process of UOP/Hydro,the OTO process ExxonMobil,the DMTO process of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics,the SMTO process of SINOPEC and the SHMTO process of Shenhua Group.The features of various processes are compared and their industrialization progresses are described.The latest project progressions and operation performances are concluded.It is pointed out that differentiated product portfolio is the future development tread for MTO project to hold competitive.
