摘要

采用溶胶凝胶法分别以SiO2和Al2O3为载体制备Fe2O3质量分数为50%的负载型铁基催化剂,并对其进行表征,同时考察了温度、H2O2浓度对催化剂催化脱硝性能的影响。结果表明,制备的催化剂中的活性组分Fe2O3结晶度低,且粒径小,在载体中分散均匀;Fe2O3/SiO2催化剂的比表面积是Fe2O3/Al2O3催化剂的5倍多;载体Al2O3有利于促进Fe(Ⅲ)的还原;2种催化剂的最佳反应温度为180~260℃,由于Fe2O3/Al2O3催化剂具有比Fe2O3/SiO2催化剂更高的零电位点(PZC),在此温度区间内,Fe2O3/Al2O3催化剂的脱硝效率平均比Fe2O3/SiO2催化剂高约20%。

Abstract

The Fe-based catalysts supported on SiO2 and Al2O3 respectively are prepared by using sol-gel method,in which Fe2O3 content is 50 wt%.Their related characterizations are also carried out.At the same time,the effects of temperature and H2O2 concentration on the catalytic performance of catalysts are also observed.The results show that the active ingredient (Fe2O3) in the prepared catalysts has low crystallinity and small particle size,and is dispersed uniformly on the surface of carrier.The specific surface area of Fe2O3/SiO2 catalyst is 5 times that of Fe2O3/Al2O3 catalyst.The carrier Al2O3 facilitates reduction of Fe(Ⅲ).The optimum reaction temperature for two catalysts is between 180℃ and 260℃.The Fe2O3/Al2O3 catalyst has higher PZC value than Fe2O3/SiO2 catalyst,which is favorable to the adsorption of H2O2,so the denitrification efficiency by Fe2O3/Al2O3 catalyst is about 20% higher than by Fe2O3/SiO2 catalyst in the temperature range.
